Politics are sooooooo last year... ; )

SLG2007

My take on SL elections 2007: It’s weird how difficult it is to think out of the box. Second Life gives us an opportunity to create anything. Our fantasy is our only limit. We could create a completely new way of living. But mostly we create malls, kitchen units and the illusion of democracy, just like in RL. We walk on the ground, build stairs even though we can both teleport and fly. Let your non-vote be a vote for thinking out of the box. Just this time.

DISCLAIMER: SL elections 2007 is nothing but political satire. The elections are NOT real. Nor are they Virtual : )

The Romana Wei campaign thanks you for your voter suppression efforts. We wholeheartedly agree; stay home. Don't go to the polls. You have better things to do. We'll make sure you're safe and take care of all your boring "political" needs while you focus on the important things.

as if, Alex... The point that everybody seems to overlook at the moment is that SL is unique for one thing: Nobody can do a thing to you without your consent. The only "death" there are is a IP-ban, forced on us by the only real political force: Linden Lab. This is indeed a shiny new world, as Robin formulated it. But we could create other worlds if we wanted to.
